About Jennifer Schrader

Hi, I'm Jenni Schrader, a REALTOR with REMAX Accent, serving Richmond Hill and the surrounding Coastal Georgia area.
I've been in real estate for several years, working with buyers and sellers in California and Idaho before making a big move of my own to Georgia. Because I've personally packed up a home, moved across the country, and started over somewhere new, I understand that relocating is about so much more than finding the right house. It's finding the right community, learning a new area, and getting to the point where a new place finally feels like home.
That experience is a big part of how I work with my clients. I want you to feel comfortable asking questions, calling or texting when something comes up, and knowing that you have someone in your corner throughout the entire process.
Before real estate, I spent many years as a business owner, which taught me that good customer service really comes down to listening to people, communicating well, and doing what you say you're going to do. I bring that same approach to real estate, along with strong negotiating skills and attention to the little details that can make a big difference in a transaction.
